For in-person patient registration and appointment coordination, authorized hospital staff may record the following limited information in an internal, access-restricted (PIN-protected) registration system:

Appointment type (e.g. normal delivery, cesarean, ultrasound)

This internal system is used solely for scheduling and registering the appointment itself. It does not store medical reports, diagnostic results, test data, ultrasound images, prescriptions, or clinical notes. All medical documentation remains on paper and is handed physically to the patient. Public visitors have no access to this staff-only system.
